We’re looking for guides who enjoy what they’re doing so much, they want to do this forever. The best guides and captains who make a living doing this know it’s about being with people, not fishing. Our guides work with you to understand your goals and have the maturity to adjust to a variety of personalities. As the day unfolds, the best guides are strangers at the start of the day and best friends by lunch. And they’re also really, really good at fishing. |
